Questions ...
Courses: I am happy to run courses at weekends or during the week. If you would be travelling to me via the M25 it's a good idea to book a day other than Friday!
Location: Most of my courses are run at my home studio in Woking, Surrey. Please note the studio is on the first floor (up one flight of stairs). There is parking available nearby, or I am about 10 mins walk from Woking station.
Custom items: These normally take three weeks, but can be made quicker if necessary. A 50% deposit is taken at the time of the order, with the balance due once your item is completed. No returns are accepted on custom items.
Shipping: I am happy to ship internationally, but please note that you will be responsible for any relevant customs charges.
Payments: I accept payment via Paypal. You can also phone or email me if you would prefer to post a cheque.
Returns and Refunds: I accept returns and will offer refunds (minus P&P and a 10% restocking charge) as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, securely packaged, sent back via recorded delivery, and arrive within 7 days of notification. Note: No refunds available on custom items.
